The position

As our CFO, you'll lead our financial strategy, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our finance function. Reporting to our CEO, you'll shape our strategic direction, support growth initiatives, and build relationships with investors and board members. You'll lead and mentor our finance team, driving impactful analysis and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure a high-quality finance function with the Finance Lead.
  • Develop and optimize finance processes to support our strategy, capital requirements, M&A, and listing plans.
  • Serve as a business partner to our CEO, shaping the strategic direction of the business.
  • Deliver smooth and valuable reporting to investors and the board.
  • Manage all existing finance clusters, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Corporate Finance, and others.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team in Denmark.
  • Consolidate and prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Supervise finance-related and revenue-impacting projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
  • Provide visual leadership with mentoring and hands-on management as needed.

Criteria of Success:

  • Ensure effective and optimized finance function.
  • Provide value-added insights through strategic controlling.
  • Drive value-added business development initiatives.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Worked alongside Private Equity in a growth setting as CFO.
  • Demonstrated M&A and integration experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth.
  • Proven experience in international business expansion and optimizing financial operations.
  • Understanding of operating SaaS metrics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
  • Expertise in building out finance and supporting teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience with financial support for international business development.

Education:

  • Relevant professional accounting credentials and membership required.
