Sales Manager (Sweden)

The position

TSG Nordic & Baltics is looking for a commercially strong Sales Manager for the Swedish market with focus on EV charging, BESS and energy solutions.

We are looking for a person who enjoys being active in the market, meeting customers, opening new opportunities and driving the full sales process from first dialogue to closed agreements.

The role requires a strong commercial profile with high drive, strong ownership and the ability to build business proactively. The right candidate should be comfortable creating pipeline from the ground up, approaching new customer segments and building long-term customer relationships.

At the same time, the person must work in a structured way, follow opportunities closely and have strong ability to convert pipeline into actual business results – not only create activity.

We are also looking for a profile who can work strategically with existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop customers over time in close cooperation with colleagues across business areas.

You will become an important part of TSG Sweden’s growth journey and have a strong impact on developing our future energy business within EV charging, BESS and energy solutions.

Our Swedish customers range from large corporations to smaller businesses. When you work for TSG in Sweden, you will be welcomed by a strong team of 80 dedicated colleagues covering service, projects, and sales.

Your main responsibilities

  • Build new customer relationships and create new business opportunities in Sweden
  • Drive sales within EV charging, BESS and energy solutions
  • Work actively with pipeline building and business development
  • Approach new segments and customer groups – for example transport, logistics, fleet and industry
  • Drive the entire sales process from first meeting to signed agreement
  • Develop solutions together with technical specialists
  • Build long-term customer relationships and service business
  • Be highly active in the market and close to customers
  • Work closely together with the Swedish as well as the Nordic and Baltic organization

Relevant experience

  • Technical B2B sales or solution sales
  • Energy, EV charging, BESS, infrastructure, automation or related industries
  • Experience with transport, logistics, fleet or industrial customers is an advantage
  • Service and maintenance business understanding is an advantage
  • Experience with long sales cycles and complex projects
