HSEQ Manager (Sweden & Norway) TSG Nordic & Baltics
The position
Job overall purpose
- As HSEQ Manager Sweden & Norway, you are part of the TSG Nordic & Baltics HSEQ team and play an important role in ensuring that TSG complies with applicable legislation, standards, and company policies within health, safety, environment, and quality
- The role is primarily focused on Norway and Sweden, where you will work closely with technicians and management in daily operations. At the same time, you are expected to support other Nordic and Baltic countries when needed, in close cooperation with the rest of the HSEQ team
- The position is part of an existing HSEQ structure and builds on established processes and systems. In collaboration with the HSEQ team, you will further develop and update HSEQ processes and contribute to the implementation of the HSEQ management system. You will also actively support a strong HSEQ culture and ensure high quality and consistent standards across all processes, working closely with both local and international colleagues
Key areas of responsibility & tasks
- Implement, and maintain the HSEQ Management System, including policies, procedures, instructions, and checklists
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ legislation, ISO standards, and internal requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections, followed by appropriate actions
- Facilitate training, instruction, and workshops for employees and managers
- Record and follow up on observations, incidents, and near misses in EcoOnline
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and customers
- Monitor and report on HSEQ KPIs and prepare management reporting
- Travel activity will be expected to be 40-50 days per year. In the region and occasionally to France.
Criteria of Success
- HSEQ Culture is embedded in daily operations—not only in the system
- HSEQ Management System and Registration Systems are up to date and actively used in the organization
- High reporting rate and follow-up on incidents and observations
- Training and communication lead to behavioral changes and a strong safety culture
- Collaboration with management and technicians is characterized by trust and visibility
- Legal and ISO requirements are systematically and properly documented and complied with
Qualifications
Critical experience
- Solid experience with the HSEQ Management Systems (required)
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSEQ experience from the industrial, energy, or construction sectors
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, and preferably 27001
- Experience with EcoOnline is an advantage
Skills & personal qualities
- Fluent in English—written and spoken. Norwegian, Danish and Swedish (Scandinavian) an advantage
- Structured, self-driven, and trustworthy
- Able to work across disciplines and organizational levels
Education
- Relevant educational background, e.g., engineering, occupational safety, environmental or quality management

You will be placed at the Swedish office in Greater Stockholm and will refer to the HSEQ Director Nordic & Baltics. You will work closely with technicians, managers, and other support functions in Denmark and the other Nordic and Baltic countries.
