Sales Manager (Finland) - EV charging, BESS and energy solutions
The job
We are looking for a strong commercial profile for Finland with focus on EV charging, BESS and energy solutions.
We are looking for a person who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships and creating new business opportunities from the ground up. Someone who is not afraid to open new markets, challenge existing ways of working and actively build pipeline and long-term customer relationships.
At the same time, it is equally important that you work in a structured way, follow opportunities closely and are able to close deals – not only create activity. The role requires drive, persistence and strong commercial execution.
We are also looking for a person who can work strategically with existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop customers over time. The role includes close cooperation with both local and Nordic colleagues across business areas to ensure the best solutions for our customers.

You will become an important part of TSG Finland’s growth journey and have a strong impact on developing our future energy business within EV charging, BESS and energy solutions.
You will work closely together with colleagues in Finland as well as the Nordic and Baltic organization. Our main office in Finland is located in Tampere, and we also have office facilities in Helsinki.
Our Finnish customers range from large corporations to smaller businesses. When you work for TSG in Finland, you will become part of a strong team of 55 dedicated colleagues covering service, projects and sales.
Your main responsibilities
- Build new customer relationships and create new business opportunities in Finland
- Drive sales within EV charging, BESS and energy solutions
- Work actively with pipeline building and business development
- Approach new segments and customer groups – for example transport, logistics, fleet and industry
- Drive the entire sales process from first meeting to signed agreement
- Develop solutions together with technical specialists
- Build long-term customer relationships and service business
- Be highly active in the market and close to customers
- Work closely together with Finland as well as the Nordic and Baltic organization
Your profile
We imagine that you:
- Have experience with technical B2B sales or solution sales
- Have worked with energy, EV, infrastructure, installations, automation or similar industries
- Are motivated by creating new business and working independently
- Are strong in relationship building and naturally create trust
- Have a commercial and result-oriented mindset
- Thrive with freedom, responsibility and high pace
- Have technical understanding – without necessarily being a specialist
- Want to be part of building something new
- Are comfortable working with long sales cycles and complex solutions
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- EV charging, BESS, Renewable energy, Service agreements and maintenance, Transport or logistics industry
