Job overall purpose

  • By an excellent business understanding and ability to communicate you will manage the Product Development with focus on the “Why”, “How” and “When”

Key areas of responsibility

  • You will manage the 6 Product Owners
  • You will be responsible of the Product Roadmap including management of the back-log
  • You will interact with key stakeholders (such as clients and the Product Engineering Manager)

Key tasks

  • Closely interact with the Product Owners to secure business focus and overall aligment with the business and commercial targets
  • Conducting regular and meaningful 1:1s to support engagement and growth for the Product Owner
  • Creating the right conditions for innovation by enabling knowledge sharing, psychological safety, forward-thinking and growth mindsets
  • Communication with relevant stakeholders – in the outside world (clients, prospects,...) and interanally (the management, the Product Owners and the colleagues)

Criteria of Success

The key success criteria are within 6 months of employment.

  • Succesfully creating and developing the roadmap based on the optimal business opportunities
  • High level of engagement in the Team of Product Owners
  • Good relationsships with stakeholders

Critical experience

  • You have substantial experience with Product Delievery in an innovative technology based environment like GOMSpace
  • You have experience with getting the best out of competent Product Owners – including aligning them up against the overall business targets and the available ressources
